Hi, we're a bonded pair of senior pugs-my name is Angel, and this is my best friend, Bubba. Our world changed when our owner passed away, and with no family to take us in, we were brought to a county shelter. It was all very confusing and scary for us. We were then placed into a foster home, and it took us a couple of days just to start feeling safe again and understand what was happening. Now we're at the shelter, and while we're so grateful to be cared for, we're still a little unsure. What we do know is that we are safe, and that means everything. Our foster mom says we are very good pups, and it's true-we love each other very much and always stay close. We're hoping to find a loving home together soon. Shelter life is okay, but we don't want to spend our golden years here. We just want a soft place to rest, kind hands to pet us, and a family to love.
