Penelope is a sweet, FIV positive 2 year old spayed female. Penelope has adjusted well to the shelter and while she will occasionally take shelter under her bed, she melts into your hand as soon as you begin to pet her. Penelope has a birth defect where she is missing some of her right hind foot, but it hasn't seemed to inhibit her ability to get around here at the shelter and it doesn't seem to bother her. Penelope is a unique little lady who's been through a lot for her age and she would love a gentle and loving home to call her own.
