Oscar is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. He was picked up as a stray & never claimed. Oscar is like most older Shih Tzus, he likes to be around his human but isn’t a cuddle bug. If he can’t find his foster in his foster home he will walk around grumbling until he finds her. Oscar would do best in a calm home. He does not do well with stairs.
