Misha 12 years old and starting over. You can see it in her eyes. Confusion, uncertainty, trying to understand how everything changed so quickly. After a lifetime in a home, this is a big adjustment. A new place, new people, a new routine. It is a lot for anyone, especially a senior. Right now, we are giving Misha exactly what she needs. Quiet, patience, and space to feel safe again. No expectations. Just letting her settle in at her own pace. These first moments are always the hardest to witness, but they are also the beginning of something better. She may be older, but there is still so much love left in her. We are going to make sure she feels every bit of it.
