Meet Robin! A one-year-old brown tabby with a gentle soul and a surprising love of belly rubs. Robin is a calm, affectionate cat who likes to do things on his own terms and it's absolutely worth the wait. He may take a few days to warm up in a new environment, but once he feels comfortable, he's a true sweetheart. He loves finding cozy spots around the house to nap, but he's equally happy to be found and will reward you with deep, rumbling purrs and cuddles. Unusually for a cat, Robin genuinely enjoys a full belly rub, and he's an enthusiastic biscuit-maker. He rarely meows, making him a wonderfully peaceful presence in the home. Robin is a low-energy, easygoing cat. He doesn't have any specific exercise needs and is perfectly content to lounge, nap, and seek out quiet corners. He's an indoor cat through and through. Robin is currently living in a house with two teenagers, a very patient 5-year-old Golden Retriever, and his foster parent. He's proven to be a wonderful fit in a relaxed household environment. Robin is neutered, fully healthy, and has no litter box issues. He does well on dry food available throughout the day, enjoys wet food every other day (or as needed), and absolutely loves Churu tube treats (a great way to earn his trust early on). He doesn't ask for much, but he gives back plenty. Robin would thrive in a calm, patient home where he's given a little space to settle in at his own pace. He has no ongoing medical needs or special accommodations. He does great with older kids and teens. Younger children can be a great fit too, though patient ones who are comfortable letting Robin come to them on his own timeline will set him up for success. If you have a dog, there's a real chance Robin will end up being their biggest fan. He's been inseparable from ours. If you are looking for a calm, loving companion who will quietly fill your home with warmth and trust, Robin may be the perfect match. Give him a little time, and he will give you a lifetime of soft purrs, gentle affection, and a bond that feels truly earned. - - - - - - - - - - - - - There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
