Pinocchio
AvailablePinochhio is a small, senior mixed-breed dog, with Maltese and possibly poodle in his lineage, located in Troy, MI. He is around 9 years and 9 months old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Pinochhio has a history of back injury and bladder stones, so he needs prescription food and some patience for ongoing potty training. He's gentle, gets along with dogs, cats, and children, and thrives on companionship rather than solitude.
About Pinocchio
Pinochhio, affectionately called Pino, is a 9- to 10-year-old small mixed-breed dog—most likely a Maltipoo—who’s ready to settle into a quieter chapter of life. Pino came to the rescue after his previous family couldn't care for him due to medical issues, and the team made sure he got caught up on all basic care, including a dental cleaning and updated vaccines. He’s neutered and microchipped, and he only needs a dedicated adopter to complete his story. Pino has a history of an old back injury, so his walk is slower these days, but he still enjoys gentle strolls and likes to explore. He’s at his happiest following people from room to room, curling up close, and sleeping in bed beside his humans. He’s not a fan of crates and prefers to stick close instead. Pino gets along well with other dogs his size and does well with respectful cats and children. While he enjoys having other small dogs in the house, it’s not required for him to feel comfortable. Because of a past bladder stone surgery, Pino needs prescription food to avoid future issues and is still improving his potty training. He’s a snuggler looking for a home where he is safe and cherished. Born August 6, he’s a Leo at heart—expect loyalty and lots of cuddles from this little shadow. Ready to fall in love?
