**APPLICATION ONLY, NOT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC VIEWING** Zoe, the internationally known "Puff Kitty," is ready for her next chapter. She came to us in March with a rare condition called subcutaneous emphysema, where air had built up under her skin. Our medical team treated her, and she has fully recovered. Her story captured people around the world, turning many into fans-but today, she's simply a healthy, growing kitten doing exactly what a kitten should be doing. At around four months old, Zoe has spent most of her time in a foster home, and it shows. She's confident, curious, and settles in quickly after a brief initial hide-and-seek moment while she checks out her surroundings. Once she's comfortable, she makes herself right at home. She's playful and will happily keep herself (and you) entertained, but she also has a softer side and enjoys curling up close, with the loudest purr, often choosing your neck as her favorite place to land. She likes to perch and take in everything happening around her, always aware of the action. Zoe has been around another cat and gentle dogs. She will need a companion in the home, as she enjoys having a friend and does best with that kind of company. Zoe is part of our Adoption Heroes program. Her adoption fee of $500 helps support enrichment for other animals in our care-things like toys, training, and playgroups that keep them happy, healthy, and moving toward homes of their own.
