We know the abrupt end to Sunflower's tranquility broke her heart as it did her loving family who had to let her go due to a child's severe allergies. Grieving her past, this pensive beauty didn't know who to turn to to trust she'd be safe. Fortunately for her, she landed in our care and was moved to our Long Term Care Home for just the right amount of TLC and acceptance she needed to believe in herself and others again. Watching her let go of her grief and bloom once again into a gentle, trusting lady tells us how much a quiet home will mean to her once again, one with compassionate adults and older children who'll let her gain trust at her own pace. She has no experience with other pets and has let us know she has no interest in sharing space with them. We'll give you a little hint about successfully transitioning her to her next home: she has a thing for crunchy treats and sweet talk!
