When we say that Luka is the nicest, most comforting best boy in the whole wide world...we are not exaggerating. If you're sad and had a hard day, he will come over to nuzzle close to let you know he loves you and that you are okay. He loves to talk to you but also listens when you talk to him. Luka asks to be petted and welcomes affection with open paws. Luka is FeLV+, but we want you to know that Luka is not sick! Yes, he is immune-compromised and is more susceptible to getting sick but he will hopefully remain healthy most of the time! Just like any other cat, he loves to play, purr, nap, eat, interact, love, and be loved. As with any pet under our care, we do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict how long they will live but Luka can absolutely can have a wonderful quality of life! He'll need an adopter committed to making sure he has access to vet care, should he need it. Luka has lived with another cat before! He can be adopted out into a home with another FeLV+ kitty friend or he can just chill as the only kitty. He also has lived with a cat-friendly dog!
