Maggie is a 4-year-old, 14-pound small Maltese/Shih Tzu mixed-breed with a gentle soul and a big heart for her people. She's happiest by your side and will gladly follow you from room to room-your very own little shadow. While Maggie gets along well with the resident dog in her foster home, she truly prefers human companionship and loves being close to her person. She absolutely adores kids and has been a sweet, loving presence with the children in her foster home. Maggie is a calm, low-energy girl who would thrive in a relaxed home environment. She's great on walks, rides nicely in the car, and is wee-wee pad trained, making her an easy addition to daily life. She's also attentive to her surroundings and will let you know when someone is approaching the home, making her a thoughtful little watchdog. Maggie is also a recent mama who lovingly raised her puppies just a couple of months ago, and now it's her turn to be cared for and cherished.
