About Milo
Meet Milo! Milo is an 8-year-old large mixed breed, weighing between 55 and 60 pounds, with a creamy white coat and a gentle soul. He’s been the loyal shadow of his family since being pulled from the West Hartford pound seven years back, and he’s known nothing but love until recently losing both of his longtime owners. Milo remains steady, easygoing, and open-hearted with everyone he meets. He’s happy wagging his tail on long walks, quietly shadowing his people indoors, or hanging out with a child on the floor. He’s the kind of dog who makes himself right at home—rides calmly in the car, shares the living room with anyone, and instantly seems like he’s always been part of the family. He gets along beautifully with dogs, adults, and little ones. In fact, he was gentle and sweet with the young grandchild in his previous home. Milo’s favorite things are treats, car rides, and walks, and he perks up anytime he hears those words. His outdoor manners are just as steady as his heart; he strolls by other dogs and even wildlife without a fuss. Neutered, up to date on vaccines, healthy, and longing for his next person, Milo needs just one thing—a consistent home with people who want a companion who’s settled, comforting, and always glad to see them. Adoption through Living the Dream Dog Rescue, Inc. could be the start of happier days for everyone. Start your journey together! Apply now.
