Meet Stonyfield! This gorgeous 1 year old border collie mix came to us with his siblings from a local shelter after they were surrendered through no fault of their own. Stony has been in a wonderful foster home since arriving, and he's flourishing! From potty training, to meeting so many furry friends, he is blossoming into such a good boy! Here's what his foster has to say: "Stony has a lot of fears but he's very quick to overcome them. He's so sweet and loves nothing more than a good cuddle on the couch. He is learning to be good on a leash. He's not bad about pulling, but he's frightened of restraint and sometimes freaks out. He needs calm, gentle guidance but he learns super quick. He knows some basic commands (e.g. come, sit, crate) and will do almost anything for cheese. He's possibly one of my favorite fosters! He loves the cat and is so gentle with her and the other animals (rabbits, chickens). He has a lot of energy and drive. I think he would do best with at least one other dog, they help him gain confidence, but he'd also do great with just about any other animals!"
