Russell is a 2½-year-old, 57-pound sweetheart who came to the shelter as a stray. Since arriving, he's shown us just how much potential he has to be a great companion! Russell is a playful, social guy who absolutely lives for tennis balls. He loves a good game of fetch and will happily bring the ball back-sometimes even placing it right in your lap to keep the fun going. While he can get enthusiastic during playtime, he does a great job settling with a few quiet minutes when needed. On leash, Russell is easy to handle and enjoys getting out to explore. He's very food-motivated, making him a great candidate for continued training, and he already knows how to "trade," which is a wonderful skill.
