About Sandy

Nova came to the rescue as one of six SATO pups from Puerto Rico. At just 9 weeks old, she's had a solid start in a loving foster home, learning the ropes on a farm with exposure to other dogs, cats, horses, and barn animals. Her mom, who weighs about 50 pounds and is calm and sweet-natured, is pictured for reference. Nova's expected to grow to around 50 pounds when fully grown and sports a soft, short coat in black, chocolate, and bicolor shades. Nova gets along well with dogs, cats, and children. While she's not yet house trained due to her age, she's already picked up on social cues and enjoys playtime around the property. She's spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you're adding a new puppy to the mix, Nova comes with a foundation of positive experiences and a knack for adapting easily. Click apply to start the adoption process.
