About Bear
Bear is a 10-month-old black Lab mix full of enthusiasm and curiosity. He's a medium-sized youngster, weighing about 50 lbs, and his sleek short black coat is always a bit glossy. Bear thrives on activity—if you're looking for a running buddy or a partner for long adventures, he's more than ready. He's friendly with other dogs and gets along well with children, making him a good fit for a family setting. Bear and his brother Blue are close, though Bear is ready for a place to call his own. Since Bear is coming straight from the shelter, he'll need guidance learning proper house manners, including potty, crate, and leash training, along with gentle socialization. Meeting him in person is encouraged, especially if you have other dogs, so everyone can be introduced properly. He isn’t yet neutered, and adopters must provide proof of sterilization after adoption. Vaccinations are current. If you have the time and commitment to help him grow into the best version of himself, Bear will return the favor tenfold. Your new best friend is just one click away.
