After arriving at the shelter as a lost dog on 4/19, Lux unfortunately hasn’t been reclaimed, but he hasn’t lost his friendly spirit. Volunteers know him as attentive and intelligent, and though he’s calm in his kennel, once outside, he’s playful and eager to interact. Lux responds to several commands, including sit and lay down, making him a wonderful companion for daily walks, a few energetic zoomies in the yard, and then plenty of time to relax by your side. At around 5 years old and weighing 51 lbs, Lux is up to date on his vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped when adopted.
