Colby is a young, medium-sized female domestic medium hair cat living in Lincoln, CA. She’s spayed, house trained, and her vaccinations are up to date. Colby is blind and lives with a stable, mild neurological wobble. Through every challenge, she’s shown a resilient and lovable nature.

About Colby

Colby’s journey started in hardship but turned into a genuine story of resilience. She came into rescue as a fragile kitten with severe eye infections and, after surgery to remove both eyes, faced her new world with grit. Not long after, Colby took on another challenge—she was diagnosed with FIP, a serious illness in cats. Her recovery was lengthy, involving months of medications and careful monitoring, and she developed a hint of a neurological wobble along the way. Yet, even with blindness and her unique gait, Colby is nothing short of lively. She adapts with confidence, playing, exploring, and resting just as any young cat would. She enjoys affection and doesn’t seem to care that she’s a bit different. Colby is looking for someone who values her for who she is: a spirited, charming survivor with a lot of love to give. One-of-a-kind in the best of ways, she’s at her happiest in a caring home that lets her be herself. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
