This is Sutter, he weighs about 50 lbs and we think he is a golden retriever/lab mix. We rescued him from the Bernie, Mo animal control. He was the only dog there and his time was up. Unfortunately, he is heartworm positive and is going through heartworm treatment. He loves to be by you and will sleep in bed with you if you let him. He keeps getting out of my crate but doesn't tear up anything. He is just a really good natured dog. He is housebroke and good with other dogs. He should be good with kids. He may need a 5 ft fence, his foster has a 5 ft vinyl and he stays in the yard. He does jump over her inside gates though. Sutter is about 3 years old which is a guess. Sutter’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
