AvailablePig is a large, adult, mixed-breed American Bulldog in Kansas City, MO. She is spayed, vaccinated, and house trained. Pig loves spending time indoors but appreciates a good nap in the sun too.
About Pig
Pig—also affectionately called Pigapotomus and Pigatha—has a big personality and loves her family deeply. She adores kids and babies, and will happily spend hours stretched across your couch, snoring away. Although she has a playful side and enjoys tug-of-war, she finds fetch thoroughly unimpressive. Pig is house trained and never has accidents indoors, always sticking to her outdoor potty schedule. She’s strongly motivated by food and lives up to her name, so meals are always served in her crate to keep the peace. She’s not a fan of sharing her food or having others try to steal it, and she’ll sneak a snack any chance she gets—she’s even known to crunch and spit out walnuts! Pig is crate trained, well-behaved on walks, and enjoys car rides. She’ll sit for a bath if needed, though it’s not her idea of fun. With a strong personality, she gets along well with the right dog companion—specifically larger, submissive dogs. She’s not suited to homes with livestock, cats, or small dogs. Pig’s ears require regular attention to prevent recurring infections, and she had heartworm in the past, but she’s fully treated and healthy now. At around 6 years old, she’s spayed, up to date on vaccines, and happiest indoors as a beloved, lazy couch potato. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
