Phoenix has tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus).While this can mean a shorter lifespan, they can still live happy, fulfilling lives with the right care - regular vet checkups, a stress-free environment, and good nutrition to support their immune systems. Cats like Phoenix don't see themselves as any different, they just need someone willing to give them a chance. Phoenix has previously lived with other cats and does very well with laid-back companions who match his easygoing energy. Because he is FeLV+, he would need to live with another FeLV+ cat or a cat that has been vaccinated against the virus.
