Ralph is part of the "On Deck" program. This means he has reached 6 weeks of age and is healthy enough to be met with. He is still growing big and strong in Foster Care, but can be met with and placed on hold until he is at least 8 weeks old and of weight to be neutered. Ralph will be ready to go to his forever home (5/7) or later!
