About Belvedere

NOTE: Please read our entire write-up before contacting us. If you don't know the age, breed, weight, what vet care we provide our dogs, the adoption fee, or how to apply, you have not read the write-up. Belvedere Breed: Australian shepherd/poodle mix DOB: 6-15-2024 Gender: Male, neutered Weight: 21 pounds Microchipped Adoption Fee: $350 Belvedere came to us after his mom was no longer able to provide care. His mom is a bit older and Belvedere was her constant companion! This little guy is quite gentle and sweet. He needs to work on leash walking so he doesn't pull so much and he needs to practice his basic commands of sit, wait, and come. Overall, Belvedere is a wonderful little guy! He will make a fantastic hiking partner or walking/running buddy! He seems to love everyone he meets! He is high energy, but can also settle. We'd like to find an active family that will help this guy get his energy and intellectual needs met! He's a very smart little guy and needs both physical and mental stimulation. He can be a submissive wetter when excited. This can be avoided by keeping greetings to a minimum until he has had a chance to go outside. As his confidence grows, this issue should fade away.
