At 4 years old, this stunning long haired tortoiseshell has spent her whole life knowing what it means to be part of a family...which makes her story all the more heartbreaking. After 4 years in a home, Faith and her feline companion were surrendered when a new dog just couldn’t get along with them. Through no fault of her own, she’s now waiting for a second chance at a forever home she so truly deserves. Faith is sweet and affectionate, the kind of cat who genuinely wants to be with her people. She’ll happily soak up all the pets and attention you are willing to give. This girl is delightfully vocal and isn’t shy about “reminding” you when it’s time for more love. She does have a touch of tortie sass, giving her that perfect mix of personality and charm that makes her impossible not to adore. Faith loves to play, loves to be loved, and most of all just wants to belong again. She does well with other cats, is good with dogs, and would be happy in a home with respectful kids who understand her gentle nature. While she came in with another cat, they do not need to be adopted together - Faith is ready to shine in whatever loving home chooses her. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
