About Peeka
Peeka has really transformed over time. She’s an older gal who’s finally comfortable, settled, and eager for a real home. Peeka insists on being the only cat—she’s made that perfectly clear. Now that she’s in a foster home without feline competition, she’s much happier and consistently bolder. She’s deeply social, and if you let her, she’ll curl up right on your chest and press her face into you. There’s a lot of affection stored up in this cat. She fits best in a calm, peaceful home where her new person understands torties and their moods, reading her cues when she’s done with attention. Peeka really just wants to be near her human—she loves being held and carried, but her play drive is pretty minimal these days. She prefers lounging, soaking up affection, and offering steady companionship. She’s a lovely, dignified older cat with lots of love to give and she’s overdue for a permanent place to settle. Give her the cozy home she’s been waiting for. Your new best friend is just one click away.
