About Heirloom

Heirloom, or Ollie to those who know him well, is a one-year-old ginger tabby fully booked with adventures and zero interest in lap time. He came from an industrial warehouse background and is still figuring out the finer points of human interaction. That said, a little patience goes a long way—he’ll soon be trailing after you from room to room, a small, determined orange shadow. Don’t expect cuddles yet; this guy is far too busy. Heirloom is relentless in his pursuit of toy mice, feather wands, or basically anything he can chase or bat at. Cat TV is a personal favorite—he’ll park himself in front of a screen and commit to watching birds for as long as you’ll let him. He also has an odd fascination with flushing toilets, which is amusing in its own right. When he wants to decompress, he’ll find a closet or cozy nook. Call his name, though, and he’s back out and ready for another round. He’s a big fan of Churu treats and food in general. Heirloom does best with another energetic young cat or kitten and needs an adopter who appreciates boundaries and progress at his pace. If you want a cat who’ll love you from across the couch—with the promise of more as he blossoms—Heirloom might be your guy. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
