About Hazel
Hazel is a young tortoiseshell cat who’s been through a tough road but hasn’t lost her spirit. After coming in with serious eye injuries, she’s undergone multiple surgeries and medical hurdles. Her corneas are permanently scarred, so her eyes aren’t picture-perfect, but she can see—and that’s a victory worth celebrating. Hazel doesn’t let anything hold her back. She does everything a fully sighted cat can: darting around, scaling cat trees, leaping for toys, and even exploring the catio at her foster home. She mingles happily with other cats and loves playing in the company of dogs and children. Hazel is the type of companion who proves looks really aren’t what matter—she just needs a family that sees her heart. If you’re drawn to perfectly-imperfect pets and want a playful, resilient, affectionate cat in your life, Hazel is ready to meet you. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
