Inside the home, Meryl is a relaxed, low-key sweetheart. She is fully house-trained, well-mannered, and knows her basic commands—sit, stay, come, and lie down. She enjoys lounging on the couch with her people, happily chewing on her favorite bones as part of her cozy nightly routine. Outside is where Meryl truly shines. She loves being outdoors—running, playing, and exploring. She especially enjoys walks and thrives when she has space to stretch her legs. At the dog park, she loves being off-leash and will happily chase a ball (she’s still working on bringing it back, but she’s enthusiastic!). What Meryl Needs in a Home Meryl is a loving dog who will thrive in the right environment with clear structure and understanding: She would do best in a home without very young children, as she has shown some discomfort around toddlers. Can be selective with other dogs, especially on leash. However, with proper introductions and time, she has formed great friendships and loves to play and wrestle with compatible dogs.
