Thank you!** Meet Tank, an 8-month-old Lab / Collie mix, weighing 35 pounds (as of 4/20/26). If you think Tank is a nickname for a dog going on a heist, it probably is! But this boy's heist isn't about jewels or money. He simply hopes to steal your heart! Surrendered by his owners from Mississippi, Tank is a very loving, happy, and smart dog that requires an active lifestyle because he's still got infectious puppy energy. There's no pesky squirrel that he won't run after! Tank is no couch potato. In fact, he's more of a couch "potahto" because he's able to adapt his energy to any environment, whether it be lazy days at home or on-the-run from the authorities. He sleeps well at night (though he's never been crated). And like any new dog, he'll need some help with manners, commands, and potty (he's currently kenneled outside). Tank loves playing with other dogs and while he's only met kids on walks, we think he'd do great with the kiddos because he's not aggressive. Tank hasn't met cats yet, but maybe an introduction is in order. Look at his super soft, silky, and shiny coat! He's sure to "wow" anyone he meets when you take him around the block!
