Meet Sammy 🐾 Sammy’s story is one we won’t forget. She showed up at a colony in terrible condition—covered in severe mange and absolutely petrified of everything. She had clearly been through more than any cat should. But with time, patience, and a whole lot of care… Sammy has completely transformed. Today, she is healthy, safe, and ready for the home she’s always deserved. We had some initial concerns about her heart due to a gallop rhythm, so we did everything to make sure she was okay—ECG, echocardiogram, and full bloodwork. ➡️ Everything came back normal. She is perfectly healthy. Sammy is FIV+, but that does not define her or limit her ability to live a long, happy life. FIV+ cats can live just as long as any other cat and can safely live with other friendly cats. And her personality?
