Trudy was once a stray in North Philadelphia that had been TNR’d and was being cared for by a feeder who noticed she was sleeping in the insulation of a boarded-up house. One day, that feeder realized a wooden board had been placed over the spot where Trudy had been hiding, and Trudy was suddenly nowhere to be seen. After taking a closer look, she was found trapped silently between two wooden planks. The area was immediately pried open, and Trudy jumped to safety. Now, Trudy will never have to worry about being trapped or left behind again. Her future is strictly indoors, where she can finally enjoy the comfort and security she deserves. Trudy is a sweet, affectionate, calm, and quiet girl who loves gentle pets and attention more than anything. She is content simply being near her people and having a peaceful place to call home.
