Todd is a sweet, slightly less-than confident boy who was found as a stray. We don't have a history on him due to being found as a stray, but we do know he's a nice affectionate boy. Todd is feeling nervous due to the busy shelter environment, but when anyone comes to see him, he's ready for petting!! He's a cutie.
