About Marty & Gilda

Please say hello to Marty and Gilda, a tightly bonded pair of 4-5 year old Yorkshire Terriers looking for a forever home together. Both are small, wire-coated terriers mixing shades of tan, gray, and cream. Marty and Gilda have affectionate, friendly personalities and quickly make strong connections with people. Despite their sweet natures, they're not yet house trained and will need a patient adopter willing to help them learn the ropes. Animal Alliance requires Marty and Gilda to be adopted together—they truly depend on each other for comfort and stability. These two are fully up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, de-wormed, and regularly started on flea and tick prevention. Because of Animal Alliance policy, adult dogs are not adopted into homes with children under 9, so they need an adult-only or older-kid household. Both dogs have special needs; interested adopters should be ready to offer extra patience and support. Marty and Gilda are being fostered through Animal Alliance's network in Lambertville, NJ. Let’s make their next chapter their best one yet.
