About Me Whisper is a gentle, soft-hearted girl who just wants to feel safe. Around a year old and 30–35 pounds, she's what we like to call a “pocket shepherd”—all the beauty and intelligence of a shepherd in a smaller, easy-to-manage size. She's incredibly sweet and submissive, does well with other dogs, and carries a quiet, sensitive nature. Whisper recently finished raising her puppies and is now ready for a chance to just be someone's dog. Right now, she's stuck in veterinary boarding—and while she's been patient, this environment isn't where she'll thrive. She needs a calm home where she can decompress, settle in, and start to feel safe. She has so much potential to blossom with just a little stability and kindness. WHERE IS THIS PET LOCATED? The Rescue Crew is a foster-based rescue, which means all of our pets are cared for in homes throughout Minnesota.
