🐶 Basics ● Rea, Aka Peppa ● Age / Size: 9 months, 8lbs ● Rescued in Texas 💙 Foster Note Rea very loving and playful, and gives us and our resident dogs so much joy with her fun personality and abundance of kisses. She has a moderate energy level and enjoys tug-of-war, chase, and playing with her humans, and will wind down by your legs or in her crate. Rea is responsive and already learning quickly and responds well to treats, consistency, and redirection. Like any puppy, she’s still working on training and building independence, but she’s a fast learner and thrives with consistency. She is shy at first but with gentleness, she opens up quickly. She has not been around kids yet! ● How are they with other dogs? Is sweet and likes dogs! She is kind, playful, and shows emotional intelligence with our resident dog. ● Cats or other animals (if known)? N/A ● Behavior when left alone or when guests visit: She is quiet and sleeps well in the crate when we leave. She is shy at first with visitors but quickly warms up and is sweet. 🎓 Training & Manners ● Potty trained? Mostly potty trained, and also knows how to use pee pads. Consistent potty spots have been key and she now mostly goes outside. ● Crate trained? Yes - she loves her crate, will sleep through the night and nap during the day with the blanket on top, as well as, when we leave. ● Leash skills: Fine on the leash encountering other dogs. Will freeze when she is unsure of a person. She is a puppy so she gets distracted sometimes. ● Commands known (if any): Down. She is a very fast learner and with the proper training, she can truly excel. She is playful and sweet, and is a fast learner.
