Percy is bringing strong “main character in a coming-of-age story” energy, with just a dash of “who put me in charge of my own life?” This 9-month-old Chihuahua mix weighs in at a perfectly portable 12 pounds of curiosity, silliness, and soft-hearted charm. He’s not shy so much as… thoughtfully investigating the world before fully committing to it. At first glance, Percy might hang back and take it all in, like a tiny philosopher evaluating your vibe. But give him a minute (and maybe a confident dog to show him the ropes), and suddenly he’s Perc-y up and ready to join the fun. He thrives with dog friends who say, “Come on, it’s fine!” and he happily says, “You know what? You’re right.
