Kevin is a beautiful, big 6 1/2 year old male golden at about 95ish lbs (who could do with losing a few pounds!) on the hunt for his forever family. Kevin has been at the kennel for a week now and he's been the perfect velcro golden, following volunteers around looking for love and pets! We are taking him to the GRRAND Central Station pool daily where he gets in a little deeper every day. He'll be swimming in no time! He's done well with other dogs through the fence, but going on what his previous owner reported (he is not good with smaller dogs or dogs he is not familiar with), he's probably best as an only pet. He must have a yard with a secure above ground fenced yard to help get his energy out in. He is a bit reactive to other dogs and cyclists when on leash. We are told he was trustworthy and had full run of the house when he was left alone. Kevin is a special boy who has already won the hearts of the kennel volunteers.
