Freddie is a 7‑year‑old neutered male with the soft, flowing coat of a domestic long hair brown tabby—or at least he will have it again soon. He arrived at Catmandu after being abandoned at a construction site, his fur badly matted from neglect. To help him feel comfortable, he currently sports a lion cut, and he’s taking the whole situation in stride with his sweet, good‑natured charm. Despite what he’s been through, Freddie is an affectionate, playful, and trusting boy. He’s been around men, women, and other cats, and he settles in easily with gentle companionship. He loves attention, enjoys interactive play, and is happiest when he can share space with his people. Freddie is sensitive to loud noises, so a calmer home will help him feel safe and confident. As his beautiful long coat grows back, he’ll need daily brushing to keep it healthy and mat‑free—something he’ll likely enjoy as part of his bonding time.
