It took a bit of time before Happy grew into his name- he was very unsure of his new world and had not yet gotten to experience all of the fun things life has to offer. Happy's true personality is now shining through and we are met with a playful, charming pup! He has done great at making both dog and cat friends. Happy is also doing well with house and crate training. He is treat motivated and loves to lean into people for pets. He is still on the shy side and prefers calm interactions when first meeting new people or dogs, but warms up within just a few minutes. We are still learning more about this gentle soul each day.
