Carlbert is a 7-8 year old Corgi mix. He is friendly, once he gets to know you. He is shy and and it does take him time to warm up. He will do best in a home that is quiet, lowkey , has older children, small dogs only . He is current on his vaccinations, but he is heartworm positive and is receiving treatment.
