This playful, sassy girl is full of personality and would love a home that appreciates her charm and keeps her life fun and enriching. Like any true Cheesecake Factory queen, Penelope enjoys attention in small, satisfying portions. She does best with a "pet, pet, pause" approach, as she can get a little overstimulated and likes the chance to decide when she's ready for more. She's also shown that certain handling and restraint are definitely not on her approved menu, so her future adopter should work with their veterinarian on a plan to keep her comfortable during care.
