Location: Foster to Adopt option! Can be fostered in MN, SD, IA, WI, or NE Peanut will be making her way south, arriving in Minnesota on April 24th, all to find her forever family! Notes from her current foster in North Dakota: Peanut is believed to be 7 months old. She is wonderfully calm in her foster home, playful in the yard, sleeps through the night in her kennel, and fully housebroken! The fosters say she is one of the best house guests they have ever had! Peanut will occasionally chew something given the opportunity but redirects easily, and since she does so well in a crate it hasn't been a problem! Peanut definitely prefers women to men or kids. She is slowly warming up to the kids in their foster home, though! Peanut learned quickly that leashes are not terrifying and that walks are SO fun and exciting. The first day we couldn't get her past the driveway, but by day 3 she was walking like a champ around the block! Peanut seems to do fine with cats, though if the cats run- she definitely likes to chase them! With some more socialization Peanut will be the best of the best. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved.
