Meet Bambi 💕 Bambi is a stunning apricot and white spotted cattle dog mix with a gentle soul and the sweetest eyes you’ve ever seen. She was found wandering a Philadelphia neighborhood, where a kind woman was able to safely leash her and bring her home. Despite days of searching and posting across social media, no owner ever came forward. Wanting to keep Bambi out of the shelter, we reached out to help and we are so glad we did because this special girl has completely stolen our hearts. Bambi is on the timid side at first, but her affectionate and snuggly nature shines through. She absolutely loves to curl up on the couch and be close to her people—making her a bit of a surprise couch potato for a cattle dog mix! That said, she’d also be more than happy to join her person for a run or outdoor adventure. One of Bambi’s most charming traits? She adores cats. Truly. She also gets along well with other dogs, especially those who are calm and respectful of her space—she’s not a fan of overly pushy playmates.
