About Stewie

Meet Stewie - aka Little Stewie & Stewart Little Little Stewie is a sweet pea who simply wants to please and be the best boy he can be. This adorable Chihuahua mix is full of love and devotion, and he's ready to find a family who will help him continue to grow, learn, and thrive. Right now, Stewie has been thriving in foster! With good food, gentle playtime, and lots of affection, he's already making great progress. Stewie has almost completely mastered potty training. He does an excellent job using potty pads indoors and understands routines well. He does well on a harness & leash and seems to be a quick learner. Stewie has practice with crate training. He will bark and fuss in the crate for a while before eventually settling down to rest. That will continue to improve with a regular routine and practice. What Stewie loves most is being close to his people. This little boy absolutely adores being held and will happily follow his foster mom from room to room, just to stay near her. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will be your best friend, Stewie might be your perfect match. He gets along well with other dogs, though he's still learning doggy manners and boundaries. Cats are new to him too -he's curious but respectful, and with proper introductions and positive reinforcement, he should adjust just fine. Stewie will be just fine with respectful children. Stewie is discovering the joy of playtime and especially enjoys chasing a ball and trying out all kinds of new toys. Watching him experience the world for the first time is truly special. This little boy has a gentle soul and a loving heart. Stewie deserves ALL the TLC he can possibly get-and in return, he'll give his lucky family endless affection, loyalty, and joy. If you're ready to welcome a devoted little companion into your life, little Stewie is ready to meet you. Stewie comes neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped and dewormed. His adoption fee is $300 and includes a leash, collar, ID tag, medical records, food sample, and complementary consultation with a behaviorist to help get him settled in. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.
