For Adoption Information please visit our Website www.k-9services.net Darby Adoption Bio: Black and Red Female German Shepherd Must Own Home and Have Fenced in Yard ​Age Approximately 1 to 2 years old Location: Green Cove Springs, Florida (Shep Rescue Camp) ​Rescue & Health: Darby was found in a known abandoned dogs site located in the woods. A kind Samaritan was able to catch her and reached out to us for Rescue assistance. Darby is spayed, current on vaccinations, flea, tick, heartworm prevention and she is microchipped. Behavior: Darby is a very sweet girl, extremely ball obsessed. If anyone is looking for a Potential Scent K9 she would be great and would benefit from having a "search job". Darby is smart and willing to please. She thrives in a very routine, and structured environment. Very well behaved when left alone and quiet. Regarding other dogs she is very cautious and has not wanted to interact or want to play with the dogs we tested her with, she is literally all about her Ball and human interaction. If not chasing her ball she loves to snuggle on the couch and watch tv. Regarding cats she will bark at them and we are not sure if she will chase. Have not yet tested her around children.
