About Sophia

Meet Sophia! Sophia is a lovely grey and brown tabby, brought into Happy Tails Animal Shelter with her feline friends in April 2026. She came in with three other girls, Blanche, Dorothy, and Rose, along with two boys, Miles and Stan. Growing up together, she’s accustomed to being around her fellow cats and enjoys their company. A sweet but shy cat, Sophia appreciates gentle attention. While she likes being pet, she prefers to be approached rather than making the first move. Once she warms up to someone, Sophia shows her affection by giving gentle licks as a thank you for the love she receives. If she could speak, Sophia would say, "I’m Sophia and I’m shy! But I promise I like pets! Please sit on the floor to pet me; it makes me feel so comfortable! I wish I could get petted all the time like the others!" Come meet Sophia today!
