I really want to be brave and curious but the world can feel like a lot for me right now. When things get too busy or loud, I get overwhelmed and I shake. It's not that I don't want to join in... it just all feels a little too big sometimes. My world was recently turned upside down, so I'm still figuring out how to feel safe again. What helps me most is calm energy, patience, and kind voices that don't rush me. I think living with a confident, friendly dog friend would really help me. I may be nervous, but I'm also sweet, gentle, and trying my best every day. With the right home, I think I'll slowly start to believe the world can be kind again.
