About Starsky
Starsky and Hutch are more than just a pair of bonded brothers—they’re a tight-knit, lifelong duo looking for the kind of adopter who will welcome both into their home, no exceptions. Starsky, the larger Norwegian Forest Cat mix with a lush, black and brown long coat and impressive tail, is the gentle, thoughtful observer. He loves high spots, window perches, and a bit of distance at first, but once he trusts you, you’ll see his soft, inquisitive side. He’ll expect regular brushing and a bit of help with hairball prevention. Hutch, his outgoing brother (profiled as a tabby DSH), is the brave face of the pair—quick to greet guests, follow you everywhere, and crowd your lap for snuggles. They’re both friendly, very accustomed to children, other cats, and reasonably calm dogs. Their previous family poured a lot of love into their raising; it shows in how sweet, social, and adaptable they are. For their care, Hutch and Starsky require high quality food, moving water (they’re water fountain cats), and at least one tall, sturdy cat tree—especially for Starsky’s large frame and confidence. Starsky thrives on a digestive support diet and regular grooming. Both boys are playful, easygoing, and ready-made companions who truly thrive together. Born April 26, 2023, they share that classic Taurus steadiness—expect loyal, mellow energy from both boys. Their adoption fee is sponsored, and they can be adopted outside Tulsa so long as their new family commits to meeting them in person. Only adopt if you’re ready to give them a lifetime of togetherness. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
