Cookie Lee is a 4.5-month-old, 7.5 lb chi mix who is ready for her second chance.. A good Samaritan in the Compton area, who has rescued many dogs for us over the years, spotted her online. She monitors social media to find dogs being given away or sold at very low prices, many of which are not spayed or vaccinated, that could end up in the wrong hands. Fortunately, this little girl was brought to Shelter Hope, where she is now safe, loved, and receiving the care she needs. Cookie Lee is a little firecracker with a huge heart full. She loves running around, wrestling with other dogs, and exploring everything she can get her paws on. She’s also a big cuddle bug and will happily curl up in your lap for snuggles. She’s smart, playful, confident, and adventurous, with an adorable little underbite that makes her even sweeter. Treats are her favorite motivator, and she’s always ready to charm you with her silly, affectionate personality.
