I'm a friendly, loyal boy who's just looking for my person-my best friend to share life and adventures with. I love people, but I can be a little shy at first. Give me a little time and patience, and I'll warm up quickly and become your shadow. I'm very affectionate and love being close to you-I just want to make you happy I'm super smart and already know some commands like sit, down, and stay. I learn quickly and respond really well to positive reinforcement-I'm sensitive and eager to please, so kindness and encouragement go a long way with me. I have lots of energy and LOVE to play! Fetch is one of my favorite games, and I also enjoy walks, swimming, and running around with my dog friends. I've never met a dog I didn't like-I get very excited to play! I'm crate trained, potty trained, and well-behaved in the home. I'm still working on a few things like leash manners (I get a little excited at the start of walks), gentle mouthing, and building confidence when I'm nervous-but I'm improving every day.
