Hello, I'm Cotton! I'm a BIG boy with a BIG heart. I am a fairly outgoing guy who loves to make new friends. I enjoy being pet and climbing into a lap for a relaxing evening on the couch. In my last home, I would even stretch my arms up over my head to ask them to please pick me up! While I'm not the most active of cats, I do enjoy my toys. My favorites have bells or are soft plush toys infused with catnip. In fact, I have often picked a favorite stuffed toy and gently carried it around like a prized treasure for years at a time. I was neutral to other cats and dogs that I lived with in the past, and may adjust to having new furry friends after a slow introduction. Due to my size, I'll need a very large litter box with a low opening for ease of access. I also struggle bending to reach some areas for grooming, and will need some assistance. ___________________________________________ This animal is morbidly obese and would benefit greatly from a weight loss plan under the guidance of the adopter's veterinarian. Excessive weight can lead to many health problems, including but not limited to arthritis, inability to groom sufficiently, and diabetes in cats.
